Located in the heart of Beijing's Sanlitun area, Bottega serves up authentic wood-fired Neapolitan pizza and other rustic Italian fare in a casual contemporary environment. Pizza's are wood-fired in an Italian custom built brick oven under the guidance of head chef Paolo Salvo, a third generation pizzaiolo from Naples. We use only the freshest imported Italian ingredients to ensure the taste of our pizza’s adhere to strict Neapolitan standards.
