1I ordered a lot of stuff from Side Street Bar & Grill and got someone else’s delivery. When I noticed that it was my order, the delivery guy had already left. I went to customer support, opened the chat, explained the mix up, sent a screenshot of my order and a photo of the receipt attached to the delivery (ehich was someone else’s). The chat got me no reply at all... I calld the JSS hotline, but the guy couldn’tfind my order, thought I ordered at a different delivery service, and then he said he would figure it out in 5 minutes. It has been 30 minutes now, no call yet...
