The food was amazing. The driver did not initially leave the food outside as requested via JSS Customer Service, but rather, aggressively tried to enter my home without knocking, freaking out both my dog and myself. He tried to open the door repeatedly with extreme force, leading me to think someone was trying to break in, but it was locked, and he kept trying. I had asked that he not call or disturb me via JSS Customer Service because my dog gets really agitated and I wanted to avoid direct contact due to COVID, but he called repeatedly before and after trying to break in and screamed into the phone when I finally picked up while holding back my dog. At that point, though he was only 2 m away, he screamed into the phone, likely waking my neighbors, and finally followed my initial wishes by leaving the food outside on the table. I don’t think he meant any harm, but he was either incredibly uneducated and rude or angry because I asked him not to knock or call, perhaps? In any case, I was scared out of my wits, and the driver must be informed that it is NEVER okay to try to enter someone’s HOME without permission. Especially when I expressly asked for no contact, but also due to common human decency. In five years of living in China, I have never had a weirder or more traumatic experience.

JSS delivery slow and I paid for cold food

The food was ready to be picked up for more than an hour!!!! My food arrived cold! Poor delivery!!!!!
