The meal arrived over 2 hours after I made the order and it was freezing cold. I appreciate that there were problems with the weather, but it was rain, and it wasn't heavy or severe.

So, so disappointed. The last few times I’ve ordered from Pie Squared, I’ve gotten their signature square pizza and the dough has been super raw upon arrival, making it completely inedible. Today I decided to give them another chance and just get the traditional round pizza in hopes it would be fully cooked. It was still raw. This place is too expensive to be consistently serving raw pizzas. Figure out some way to quality check before sending stuff out, because this isn’t okay.

food from Pie Squared is always delicious. it's unfortunate they use such a terrible delivery service as JSS. It used to be much better, but the speed and quality of the delivery has gotten much worse in 2023

Pizza is black and burnt on top. Meatballs are black and not properly packaged. Burnt, soggy pizza = gross.

The driver pounded and pounded on our door not even giving us time to walk to our entry. A simple mock would suffice.

Pie Squared is always superb. love their food and their service.
